When you are down, be assertive,
break up this pattern and help someone else get up!

When you are lonely, be assertive,
break up this pattern and share your heart with someone who is lonely.

When you are angry, be assertive,
break up this pattern and calm someone else down.

When you are indifferent, be assertive,
break up this pattern and make a difference in someone else’s life.

When you are crying, be assertive,
break up this pattern and wipe someone else’s tears.

When you are in pain, be assertive,
break up this pattern and soothe the pain in another.

When you are unsure, be assertive,
break up this pattern and comfort someone else who is unsure.

When you are hateful, be assertive,
break up this pattern and share love with another...
